I worked in a rotating shift so every week my shift changes  so I can not follow the regular bed time. I  found it very very difficult to get sleep after night shift so I used to consume a alcohol but then I sleep under influence for 3 hour. I do exercise regularly and follow normal diet.  I want sound sleep w/o  alcoh

hey, I can understand your problem but try not to change shift repeatedly , first quite alcohol , stay calm , don't exercise within 6/hours of sleep , do breathing exercise before sleep , stay away from worries while sleeping
