Telmiride AM is a combination drug which has telmesartan and Amlodipine. Amlodipine sometimes do cause anal fissures, but it is not common. If you are having troubles with your antihypertensive drugs please do tell your physician so that he can give you an alternative. Do not stop taking your antihypertensive drugs on your own.
