Hello Doctor, My baby is 3months old. Can you please check attached photos and let us know if teething process has started ? Because he is drools a lot, pulls his dress and try to chew it. He puts hands in mouth. He got mild fevers from past 2days (100°). Is this possible at 3months one can get swelling of gums for teething . I am Sharing his photo. Is this teething process? Plz guide me.

Hi. It’s gums. Putting fingers in the mouth, drooling is normal for this age.

It is not tooth it is the base of the upper tooth . It is normall. Fever may not be connected with it
