I think my wisdom tooth is coming in and it's hurting at the back of my gums. Please give medicine.

Wisdom teeth eruptions are painful for sure but how do you know that it is definitely a wisdom tooth? if you have any xrays to share please show it to me so I can give you a better opinion.
