Hello. I think there is some confusion here. There is nothing called ceramic teeth whitening. Teeth whitening is an in-house procedure of whitening your teeth by a couple of shades. It usually is done in 1-2 sittings. Ceramic veneers is a cosmetic procedure where discoloured teeth are prepared a thin layer of lab made ceramic material is placed over your teeth to cover any brownish staining on the tooth surface to match the shade of the other teeth. I can tell you which treatment option is suitable for your condition only after looking at your teeth. Photographs will help!
Next Steps
Take pictures of your teeth and message separately for clearer understanding of your condition.

1.If you have a ceramic tooth crowns it cannot be whitened. Changing of ceramic cap is the only option. 2. If its natural tooth whitening at first you undergo a simple scaling and polishing procedure.  This will show you your original tooth colour by removing superficial stains and plaque. If you are satisfied with the color then fine. 3. If you still want white tooth you need to go for teeth whitening procedures which can be done only by dentist never use over the counter products and use.
Next Steps
it would be helpful if you provide with pictures.
