Need a teeth whitening gel or kit which is OTC. Thanks. I eat pan masala, betel nut. Is there any gel I can use at home.

Teeth whitening is to lighten the shade of your natural teeth. Pan masala and other habits with use of tobacco leave a surface stain which needs scaling. Consult dentist to know what will benefit.  Scaling or whitening.
