How can i keep my teeth white, clean, and healthy? I brush twice sometimes but its hard to keep whiter teeth for long time. Please explain and suggest

yes you can keep your teeth white as you said you are brushing twice you can enhance further by using mouth rinses to protect them from accumulating, 2nd option you can also use home bleach for regular enhancement 3.regular 6month revaluation
