"Adding pinch of salt to toothpaste... And then brushing... "is it effective? Plz tell the good and bad effects.. Can i use this method once in a week! And if i go to dentist for teeth cleaning or whitening... What is the procedure..? How do they do?

Or u can use toothpaste which is available in market with salt..whitening depend upon ur tooth condition.. either u need scaling or bleaching ..try to visit near by endodontist..
