Teeth sensation

I feel a very high sensation while drinking cold water or anything which is cold and once its gets into normal temperature I can easily have it. What to do?I have tried all sensation tooth paste that doesnt work on me dont know why...Need help...

There can be some cavities or abrasions due to aggressive toothbrushing! Will have to corelate clinically.

Hello.Visit a dentist. If cavities or teeth got thinning in some areas the upper layer enamel wearer off.the high sensation will be there.after clinical examination can decide any filling has to done desensitization of teeth required .or combination of treatment.
