I i want to redesign my teeth , does metal braces cause pain and is it suitable to use , i mean there are any side effects

No of course not ... braces would be ideal option for aiding in redesigning your smile ... it will help you reduce the tooth structure loss and yes braces is more of a conservative procedure for smile designing as compared to the caps and bridges which you could have directly done on your crooked teeth... but last thing is their is NO GAIN WITHOUT PAIN...with braces you will have slight discomfort for sure but that's temporary I feel ...

There are no side effects but you have to be more particular about cleaning your teeth because if you dont then you might end up with calculus and gum problems. Good luck with smile designing.

yes metal braces is a good option to realign your teeth ,you will feel little bit of discomfort initially but you will get use to in some days ,yes you may feel little bit of pain as forces will be there to move the teeth and realign
