Good afternoon sir There are two ways of replacement 1 removable 2 fixed Since you are still young removable might not be the suitable for you, so you need to go for fixed option In fixed again you have two options 1 bridge or fixed partial denture 2 implant Depending on the affordability either you can choose bridge which will take support from your two adjacent teeth Implant they will place metal screw and then only missing tooth will be replaced and they don't touch adjacent teeth

Tooth replacement by Implant is the best option u can get it for. If u are unable to afford the cost of the implant u may also go for a Bridge( FPD). But in my review u should prefer implant rather than a bridge

Hello There r many ways of replacement 1. Through removable denture which r of two quality,hard n flexible.Flexible r soft n way to adapt.Disadvantage is that u have to remove it every night n change it after every 2 to 3 years 2.By cutting the adjacent teeth and making a 3 unit bridge with support from your right n left teeth adjacent to the missing teeth.The disadvantage in this is that u have to cut your healthy teeth 3.Implant-placing a screw inside Ur bone and then fixing a cap.this is a fixed treatment which involves no removal everyday ,no cutting of good teeth and will stay for many years
