Dear sir May age 25 unmarried.since 5 days I observe sudeen my teeth was covering with skin what is that I dont know I am getting very pain .not able to eat and not able to open mouth proper . Due to may be under skin covering around teeth . Pls sugegst reason and tab any .thanks attached photo of that ... Attached photo

Hi It looks like Gum inflammation(Gingivitis)....it may be due to many reasons...Most common cause is plaque and calculus deposits... Other causes: medications,hormonal changes ... For deposits  you need to go for scaling(Teeth cleaning and polishing)....
