Hello my story is something weird i was sleeping on my bed , my wardrobe is just beside it so i was sleeping and i guess my hand just pulled the wire of my iron which was placed at wardrobe just fallen on my face specifically on my mouth so my lower lip and lower teeth got hurt and swell but it's not broken or anything can somebody help

It may due to trauma and local edema A x-ray is required to find out injury to the lowe teeth Swelling on lower lip will subside with time Anti inflammatory drugs will be of much use in this case
