Hello.. Welcome to practo..
I advise you to take an x-ray and verify the condition of this primary teeth and permanent teeth also..
The permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 yrs of age..
So the correct treatment is pulpectomy, but according to the present age of your daughter, its quite difficult sometimes...
I advise you to maintain oral hygiene properly, and avoid biting hard with those front teeth..
Show her the procedure of pulpectomy like videos and inform her about the procedure.. So that she can understand a little bit.. And co operate with the treatment without fear..
Later you can go for treatment.. Its completely patient' s convinience.. Without any discomfort, treatment is not compulsory unless verification of the permanent teeth..
Consult me for procedure details.. Thanks..
