Teeth have become orange yellow

My son aged 11 years have turned yellow/orange. Upon cleaning with salt, the colour comes down to light yellow but regains to orange after a day.

Kindly give your son more fluids. Avoid carbonated drinks. Advise rinsing of mouth after every meal, also supervise your son during brushing for awhile to make sure he is brushing properly. Children with lot of plaque retention and staining are prone to caries hence visit a dentist regularly for check up. Also take topical fluoride therapy twice a year for protection from dental caries
