The best way to maintain oral hygiene is to brush in the morning and in the night before sleeping.
Also gargle after every meal.
Floss your teeth.
Following the above is more than enough to maintain good tooth and gum health.
Also it's not recommended to use too much of mouth wash and don't use it on a daily basis .
Use it 1 or 2 times a week If you want to.
Any mouthwash is okay but dilute it with 3 parts of water and then gargle and spit it off.
