Teeth are dirty means it should either have lot of stains or tartar on it which can be treated by Dental or teeth Scaling which will Remove all your stains but will not whiten your teeth.. Teeth whitening means to change the current shade of the teeth to a Brighter shade which is all together a different procedure.
