Hello dear,          These are just dental stains in your teeth. They can be easily removed by scaling (professional cleaning).Nothing to panic and please do remember that you should go for scaling atleast once in a year to prevent stains again
Next Steps
Just go for scaling
Health Tips
Nothing to be worried. There will be no need for removal of teeth at all.

Hello, Definitely its not cavity, but just the stains which will be gone once you get an ultrasonic dental cleaning done by a dental professional. You simply need to maintain a proper oral hygiene and get your teeth cleaned Atleast twice a year for that healthy smile.
