According to my feelings, Left side 3 lower teeth (5,6 & 7) are very painful to me. I have done tooth filling in the year 2015 as middle portion of the teeth were like hole.Since 2015, I am filling much pain there.After using Dabur Lal Toothpaste twice daily the pains were removed.But, at present I am feeling pain most of the time on these teeth & when food grains or drinking water enters there it makes me too much painful. Apart from this, sensitivity is the major one of the problems of these

Plz visit ur dentist again. And get the intraoral x-ray done to decide the extent of the cavity or occurrence of secondary caries if any.

Please visit your nearby dentist and get an x ray done with the same three teeth to rule out the problem. Pain is usually indication of infection. Therefore don't ignore. The dentist would be able to identify the exact cause after the x ray and may suggest to go for a RCT. This is my perception as without looking at it, it's difficult to diagnose.
