Good noon doctor, my father is a welder , while welding something sparkling thing felt inside eye after then he had mild pain tingling sensation followed by watery eyes whole night he couldn't sleep well please suggest any tear drops to relieve this thank you so much

Pl do not take  treatment, just like that.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Please visit nearby ophthalmologist. There may be some foriegn body over cornea or somewhere else. Needs to be examined under slit lamp.

It is possible that some iron piece has gone inside the eye. This is an emergency. Please visit an ophthalmologist in clinic for proper examination and treatment.
