There has been tear on my foreskin of my penis that was caused during sex some days back and white smelly substance get deposited everyday and the tear is not healing for some days now and sometimes it itches also, what ointment can I use for this ?

Hi Try a combination of creams. Fluconazole cream in the morning and betnovate cream at night for 7 days.
