Tear in shoulder

I'm having shoulder pain from past 1.5 months Its only getting worse, left shoulder basically, but my right one also hurts sometimes, i had a accident 1 month ago, my bike slipped, i got mri done of my left shoulder which shows coracohumeral ligament tear

Pain since 1.5 months, progressive, MRI suggestive of Labral tear from 12 o clock to 2 o clock position (called SLAP tear type 2) with 'biceps tendon' anchor also involved. Progressive pain means the tear could have progressed. Not much bothered with coracohumeral ligament tear. In my opinion you require a diagnostic arthroscopy + reattachment of torn labrum (i.e. repair of SLAP lesion)- It is a minimally invasive procedure done with a camera.
