TB positive

My father was suffering from coughing problem and also had fever for some days doctor has suggested for blood test and he was diagnosed with typhoid but further after treatment for same condition doesn't improved then doctor has suggested for go for chest xray and Montoux test and he also diagnosed with postive TB with 11-14 mm in diameter, Still doctor has not detected in which part of body it is sustained. So looking for appropriate advice for treatment without any confusion.

Positive Mantoux doesn’t mean TB. One has to see AFB or granuloma or MTB in culture. See a pulmonologist to conclusively proov or refute TB
