This is regarding my grandfather, aged 82, recently detected with Tb. It's been 1+ months now since he is on medication for Tb. But concern is he is not able to eat properly solid food. Only able to have juices. After every try to eat solid foods, he is nauseous and vomits. Any suggestions or practices that can be applied so he can have meals properly?

Medications given in TB are very strong medications and may have certain side effects. Give Zofer MD 8mg : 1 hour before each meal till nausea or vomiting completely subsides. Inj Ondem can also be given in sever vomiting. Apart from that give Bayers Tonic : 10ml once daily after lunch for 1 month as it would improve his appetite and chronic illness
Next Steps
Consult under Practo in case of emergency
