Hello mam. Definitely it can be removed and by a painless method itself. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. These you can discuss accordingly. U can consult me online with the pictures.
