Helo I have a lot of tan on my foot..?? Can you please suggest something for this..?? And the cure of my problem..??

Tan on a unilateral foot is unlikely. Although it cd be a pigmentation after some inflammation in the past. There are multiple ways to deal with it. Most effective is peels ( plz see a skin specialist for the same ) A picture wd be more suggestive

Avoid sun exposure. Will make it worse. Put sunscreen and any depigmenting agents like blazia-L etc 2 times a day. And sunscreen before sun exposure
