Taking thyronorm 25 mcg pregnancy

I am pregnant with 5weeks and am taking 25 mcg thyronorm tablet,I was expecting doctor to increase the dosage once I conceived instead asked to continue same tablet. My tsh last month was 3.25.I am worried if I need higher dose. please advise.

After conception You need to repeat the test and then the dose would be decided, if normal , you need not take
