Taking pregnancy support tablets

Into 15 weeks, she had a severe gastrities yesterday and took her to a nearby medical college. Different doctors reccomend differently. It is reccomended by consulting doctor that she should have duphastone (because of anomaly), Progestone (because of subsequent bleedings), Iron and Calcium (second trimester). Detailed Blood test before and after pregnancy, scans, double marker all are normal. Due to severe gastrities yesterday, gynaec we visited reccomended not to take iron, and also to avoid progestone and duphastone. Maunfacturer disclaimer for both tablets warns about severe diseases like carcinoma. Her consulting doctor prescribed all the 4 meds above although blood vitamin content is normal, and despite telling her about gastritic issues. I am confused which one to follow. I am worried about mother than baby. She being a doctor herself, overthinks and makes thing more complicated Your espert opinions valued

Yes Iron supplements  are known to cause gastrointestinal side effects So you can avoid taking Iron supplements and concentrate on foods that are rich in iron till the acidity settles down You have gathered absolutely wrong information stating that both tablets are known to cause cancer There is no role of progesterone support after 12 weeks
