Tailbone pain

I am suffering from tailbone pain for a week. I cannot sit on her space at about 110° angle. As I do yoga and some exercise I need to sit at that angle. Please tell me what to do.

Your symptoms suggest coccydynia.(inflammation of coccyx). Try: 1. Sitz bath ( A tub of hot water with dettol in which affected are has to be dipped in- 10 mins twice daily) for 10 days. 2. Medications like Enzomac, Tendocare and Ceftum will help. 3. Sit on a soft pillow or coccydynia pillow.
