Tailbone pain and pain in buttocks

Hi, I was getting pain near my tail bone so my doctor advised me to use a ring cushion. I guess the cushion has caused spasm near my buttocks. Every time I sit I feel that there is something below, like a block. The tail bone pain also still persist. I am currently taking Glanus Forte. Can I go for walks, will it reduce the pain. Is it something to worry about or can be treated with medication?

If above simple measures don't work go for local injections as a next step. If injections fail then surgical intervention like removal of coccyx ( coccygectomy) is the answer

Pain in the tail bone is notorious for being persistent. Make sure the cushion you are using is not too hard . Also make sure you are sitting on your buttock and not skidding down into your chair. It will also be advisable to get your vitamin levels checked
