I bruised my tailbone 4 years ago. I was on the monkey bars and slipped when one of the bars went between my legs I couldn't bend for nearly a month and even after a month I couldn't sit on any chair that was hard. Fast forward to today, I can't do sit ups or sit in certain positions without pain in my tailbone. Is this normal or should I see my doctor about this.
