Hi Have jeera water or Ajwain water , coconut water, barley water and Saboo dana water for treating nausea and stomach ache...till the problem subsided completely... Liquid diet or semi solid diet more times often in a day with small portion sizes for some days... Steaming helps for treating headaches to some rest and ample rest and relaxation is recommended
