Hb 11.7 is mildly low, but ferritin and iron studies are normal, so not typical iron deficiency. Iron tablets may not be needed unless she has symptoms or heavy periods. Best is to improve diet first; if required, ferrous ascorbate/fumarate can be given by  doctor. If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.

Yes she should take iron supplements and deworming tablets As it is recommended by Gov of India under Anaemia Mukt Bharat scheme Though her tests are normal (Hb slightly less) she should have it to maintain a good well being and prevent menstrual cycle related symptoms.
Next Steps
1. Consult for supplements and the course of the medication and associated precautions.

Hemoglobin is slightly low but ferritin and iron levels are normal, so this is not straightforward iron deficiency. Please avoid starting iron tablets without evaluation, as they may not be needed and can cause side effects. I advise you to book a consultation so I can review the reports in detail and suggest the right treatment.
