no..they r differnt..spas contains antispasmodic but sp contains serratiopeptidase

Spas indicates antispasmodic added to anti inflammatory Abdominal pain can be due to various reason If u can eloborate more, then better guidance can be given

They are different tablets. For cramping abdominal pain you can take Zerodol Spas provided you are not allergic to it. I would however urge you to consult, speak to a doctor about your symptoms before taking any pain killers
