Hello All, I am 3 months pregnant with healthy pregnancy. Recently did my NT scan with thyroid and sugar tests. My tsh levels are 0.389, T3- 1.54 & T4 - 155. I sm taking 150 thyroxine dose now , my doctor advised to reduce thr dose to 100 as t4 has increased. Pls advise if I should reduce the dose directly to 100 or slowly with 125mg. Transient elevation of thyroid hormones can be seen due to vomiting in pregnancy. It’s nothing to worry. Continue the thyroid tablets as advised by your doctor. You can repeat thyroid profile after 2 months. It won’t harm your baby. Nothing to worry.
