Both are excellent lubricants. Systane Hydration has Sodium Hyaluronate in addition to whatever is present in Systane Hydration. Hence the price difference as well. They both have the same function with Systane Hydration being slightly superior.

If you have already bought Systane Ultra continue using it. If you feel your symptoms have improved after using for a month or till the bottle gets over and want to continue, you can buy a new one. If even after finishing the bottle you are not satisfied with Ultra then you can go ahead and buy Systane Hydration.
