I have synovitis problem from last 2weeks...i was on medication but as soon as medicine over knee swollen again and its paining badly. Unable to walk. Suggest where to refer and what to do

Hi. Cause of Synovitis of knee has to be determined. It can be infective or inflammatory. The fluid can aspirated and send for examination to find out the cause and accordingly medication can be prescribed. If the pain and swelling is persistent for more than 3 months then consider getting MRI knee to find the cause.

You see an orthopaedic consultant.  He will advise u some blood test. If he feels he might advise u arthroscopic surgery. If so then get it done.
