Symptoms relapsed after 2 months

Hello, am on tuberculosis medicine from last 2 months, i was feeling better , there was no symptoms , just 3 days before i went to the market , i walked soo much that day when i came back home in the evening , my all symptoms relapsed , vomiting, stomach ache, why it happened?

understood your concern, did you took any outside food maybe some gastritis or drug reaction take some antacids and if no improvement seen in a day then do liver and kidney function test

May be stamoch upset,which occurs due to food poisoning, or due to anti tb drugs. Pl take antacids.pl continue the Treatment, after consulting pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
