helloo.. it seems like you have features of early viral fever...or thyroid issues can also be there....kindly consult a physician with cbc and fasting tsh reports

Hello,      Weakness,fatigue,body pains may be due to many reasons. 1.Low. Vit.D3 2.Diabetes 3.Hypothyroidism 4.Depression. 5.Anaemia 6.Hypertension      So check,CBP, FBS,PPBS,HbA1C,Vit D3,,Thyroid. profile.     Theses are some of the usual reasons.So check them and see a physician immediately Wish you a healthy living
