I have these symptoms Physical symptoms 1. Constant headaches, tightness pressure in head 2. Body pain in left side of body including heart area, which doesn't feel like muscle pain 3. Pain on top of the head 4. Left hand is clenched 5. Throat lump and tightness all the time 6. Recently electric type zolts/zaps from head to body 7. Unable to concentrate and pay attention 8. Long term marijuana and cigarettes use 9. Brain fogs on smoking
