My son is 2 years old. I noticed today that his tonsils are swollen and red, however, he has no runny nose, cough, or fever. He has been tugging at his ear a little bit and been snoring the past couple nights which he usually doesn't do.

If  he have  no  cough  cold  and  fever c Then  ok  wait  for  3-4 days Commonly  enlarged tonsils  cause  ear  pain  also  If  fever  comes  then  give some  mild  antibiotics
