Swollen tonsils
We are out of town and not in reach of dr My daughter is having 102 fevr with sqollen tonsils. She is 6 yrs old and 24 kg weight. I gave her 7.5 ml of ibugisc plus. Is it ok? What should i do?

Give augmentin dds 5 ml tds for around 7 days Plenty of oral fluids Betadine gargles twice a day Avoid spicy, hot, cold food items Seek consultation as and when possible

Start Syp clavum 200 - 6ml thrice daily for 5 days . Syp calpol 250 7.2 evry 6 th hrly for 3 days . Plenty of ital water . Avoid cool drinks , ice creams . Give soft diet like dal rice , milk with bread, idhy . Avoid spicy , oily food .
