Last few months se I have noticed my penis tip gets swell (without pain )after masturbation or dischargeand it's get normal after some hours ,and my forskin get stuck behind my glans ,till the time it's not come to normal size I have done hiv test vdrl test urin culture blood test everything is normal ,some dr said no std sti some says belenitis got confused smone will help me
