Swollen left testicle
Hello. My left testicle is swollen. Seems like there's a lump on it. There's absolutely no pain, and it has not hindered or affected urine or other activity. I had the problem last year also and it was treated with antibiotics.
One possible reason for this to happen might be I cycle a lot, though no trauma.

Well I can suggest you to meet a gen surgeon and get it examined.. It might be infection as you are telling but we need to know why it's coming.. Or it might be hydrocele too..so beat thing is getting examined then only I will be able to suggest you further treatment for it
