My 2 year old had a throat infection 3 days back. the doctor prescribed her antibiotics and cough syrup. her fever is gone but she seems very lethargic and is passing lesser urine and it's dark yellow in colour. her eyes also are swelled up and when she is coughing her eyes r getting watery. I don't know if the medicines are working or not. I'm truly worried. pls suggest. she is eating less but she is feeding. she isn't drinking as much water as she usually does. very lethargic. sleeping more than usual. activity level moderate. also has what sounds like heavy nasal congestion.
