Switch from Vyvanse to Adderall XR

I was recently switched from 60 msg of Vyvanse to 30 msg of Adderall XR. The Vyvanse gave me very bad insomnia and mood swings; however, it did assist in weight loss. I am worried that I will gain the weight back on Adderall XR. Is weight gain possible when switching from Vyvanse to Adderall XR?

Both contain same drug dextroamphetamine. Well, it's not a good practice to give amphetamine in mood disorder as it may lead abuse of the drug.
