Swimming before Cataract Surgery

I have been diagnosed with Cataract I will be going for surgery next week Can I continue my swimming session Thanks

Yes you can continue till 2 days before surgery. Ideally avoid 2 days before surgery as you don’t want any new bacteria/viruses in the eye. Use antibiotic drops one day before surgery. No swimming till atleast 20 days to a month after surgery

You may continue swimming before the surgery Swimming after cataract surgery can be done after clearance from your operating surgeon
