Swelling under eyes after tt injection

I took tt injection day before yesterday and have fever since yeaterday.. Today i had some irritation in the eyes since morning and now i have some swelling under my eye. Can I take any medication or can it be serious?

Give hot fomentation...and use edtear eye drop 4 times a day
