Swelling in scrotum over the right testis for past 1 year and sudden onset mild to moderate pain for the past 2 days ..it is like i am "constantly feeling something " is in there and it is a little "uncomfortable" while sitting and moving .. swelling is of a size of a green grape I am an MBBS student . Swelling was trans illuminant too I want to take an ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis ...Please help and advice if it has to be removed by surgery
