Swelling on under chin

Swelling on throat and it's paining. she is not able to ear hear from one ear whereas second ear is totally fine.. please suggest.

If it is a short duration pain and ear block, it could most likely be a sore throat leading to ear infection in which water or pus is collected in the ear.. Visit a specialist for confirmation and correct treatment
